Return Policy
Sportive Zone return policy provides our global customers, the option to return or exchange an item that was purchased on our website, within 60 days of purchase. The customer will have the option to replace the item with a different one or get a full refund.
Returns
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund only an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchange. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, such as clothing, hydration belts & bottles etc.

Return shipping cost
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Returning shipping costs are non-refundable unless Sportive Zone made an error with the original order, then we will bear the shipping cost on us.
In this specific case, refund for returning shipping costs will be given by our support team for the next order you will place in our website as:
- Discount coupon code will be given at the level of the shipping cost.
- Refund will be given with proof of delivery receipt.
- The refund for shipping cost will be only for shipping by USPS.
- Refund will be given after inspecting the returned product.
